- 1 cup loosely packed fresh herbs, such as
- parsley, oregano, thyme, or marjoram, finely chopped
- 1large clove of garlic
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 tsp of garlic salt
Method
- Combine herbs and butter in the bowl of a food processor.Pulse until ingredients are combined. Wrap in cling wrap to make a long roll and place in the freezer. To use just cut into round knobs and serve in your favoureret dish.
