For the Pizza dough
500g of all purpose flour
350ml warm water
1 Tbs of dry yeast
1tsp of suga
4 Tbls of olive oil
1 tsp of salt
1 Tbls of dry oregano
500g of shredded mazarella Cheese
Most of them were made nistisuma (fasting) It's got sea food pickled like kalamary and Octopus kalamata olives food and pickled veggies from ajar and some soy grated cheese!
Ingredients for the Filling
Ham and pineapple
250g of shredded ham
1 can of diced pineapples
500g of shredded mazarella Cheese
1 can 400g of spicy bolonese sauce
Pepperoni and olives and Mushrooms
200g of thinly sliced pepperoni
100g of kalamara piped olives
1 onion sliced
200g fresh sliced mushrooms
1 sliced capsicum
500g of shredded mazarella Cheese
Or you can use any combination of your Choise
Method
Pre heat oven on 200'
Place in a mixer bowl all of the dry ingredients including the dry yeast. Mix well an add the oil and slowly the warm water to make a soft dough. If dough is too wet add more flour and if it's dry add more water. Mix until doigh comes creat of the bowl. Cover doigh with glad wrap and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size. When dough has risen roll out in a circle and add some of the spicy bolonese sauce on to the pastry and add the filling of your Choise then fold it in half and with your fingers push dough and roll edges!. Make egg wash and With a brush rub the top of the calzone and sprinkle some Sesame seeds bake until golden and cooked thriough! Enjoy
