No-Yeast Irish Brown Bread
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 1⁄2 cups whole wheat flour
1⁄2 cup natural bran
1⁄4 cup sugar
1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups sour milk
1⁄4 cup oil


Directions:
Mix flours, bran, sugar and soda. Make a well in centre. Pour in sour milk and oil. Stir until moistened. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
