Roasted Butternut Squash

Roasted Butternut Squash
Ingredients:
1 medium butternut squash
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. maple syrup (or brown sugar)
1 tsp. rosemary
dash salt & pepper to taste
dash cayenne pepper


Procedure:
Peel and chop squash into bite size pieces. Spread out over a baking sheet. Sprinkle all ingredients over the top. Bake at 375 until tender (about 35 minutes) Enjoy.
