Cheese Scones

I just had to make my cheese scones with haloumi cheese and Edam cheese they are yummy!

Cheese scones 
Ingredients 
3 1/2 - 4 cups of SR flour
1 cup Greek Yogurt
1 cup of olive oil
1-1 /2 cups if crumbed feta cheese 
1-1/2 cups of yellow cheese
3 eggs +1 extra for glazing 
Black pepper 
Any herbs of your choise such as Oregano Mint 
Sesame seeds 
optional poppy seeds 
Will make about 35 scones 
Pre heat oven 350*

Method 
Combine all the ingredients In a mixer and mix until all the ingredients are combined.
Shape in to small balls and place in a tray lined with baking paper or use scone paper cases 
Mix the extra egg with a bit of water and beet it well with a fork and with the use of a brush, brush on top of scones and sprinkle Sesame seeds and bake for about 25 minuets or until they are golden brown!
