Chicken with spicy pork sausages for spaghetti



1kg of chicken thigh pieces 
500g of pork spicy sausages 
1 cup of hot water
1 large onion diced 
2 gloves of Garlic 
1 can of champion mushrooms
1tbs Dried Oregano
Salt and black freshly ground pepper
 2 tbs of chicken powder stock
1 tbs of tomato paste
1 can of diced tomatoes or ready a jar of ready made tomato sauce 
1/4 cup of olive oil
1tbs of butter
1/2 cup of red wine


Method

Wash chicken and sausages and dry with paper towel and cut it to small pieces. 
In a wok or deep frypan pore the olive oil and the Butter let it get hot
Add in the sausage and let it sauté take out then add the chicken pieces cook until all meat has been sealed. 

In the same wok or  Fry pan add the coped onion and garlic and mushrooms sauté with the chicken and once onion has soften add the sausages and the tomato paste and can if diced tomatoes or the ready made tomato in a jar and sauté all together to let the paste give it's flavour. 
Then add the wine let all the alcohol evaporate and add the hot water the chicken stock salt pepper and oregano.

Cook on low for 30min or I till chicken and sausages have cooked and sauce has thicken. 
Serve over spaghetti or white rice with plenty of Parmesan Cheese or Kefalotiri Cheese. Enjoy
