Pies with chicken, vegetables and feta warped in puff pastry



Ingredients 


For 12 pies

1 pkt puff pastry sheets 

2 green peppers

two peppers

olive oil 4 tbsp

3 leeks cut into rings

chopped onion 3 tbsp

200g mushrooms.

3-4 spring onions, sliced

boiled or roasted chicken 250 g. diced

Slice 500g.

green olives 150 g., sliced

sweet paprika ½ teaspoon box

dried mint 1 teaspoon

3 eggs

sesame seeds 4 tablespoons


Method


Cut the peppers into strips and fry in a wide pan with olive oil, leeks, chopped onion, mushrooms and green onions. Just soften and begin to brown remove from the heat.

Add to and mix with the chicken, feta cut coarsely,  olives, paprika, mint and finally the 3 eggs and stir gently.

Spread on one sheet  of dough and cut each into 6 rectangular pieces. Divide the filling and closing like a folder gluing the edges with a little water. Place the patties in a pan or plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Sprinkle the patties with a little water and bake at 200 ° C for 50 minutes or so.
