A different way of making Greek Pita bread

What we need:

250 g flour

40g lard

100 ml milk

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp soda without being necessarily

How we make it:

Add the milk in the flour, soda salt, and mix well until all ingredients are combined to form a not too soft dough let it sit for about  half hour to rest.

Once complete, divide the dough into 4 parts and open a floured surface with a rolling pin, creating thick 2cm thick discs.

Once you open them, put them in a nonstick pan or pancake that you previously preheat, but WITHOUT adding fat baking, pierce the surface with a fork to help the dough to be baked at home and turn them.

Cook 2 minutes on each side until brown spots form on the dough. 3 tbsp oil for more crispy result or an equivalent amount of butter enjoy!
