Baked octopus with potatoes

Materials:


1 pound octopus or cuttlefish

1kg potatoes

6 cloves of garlic chopped

500 gr. chopped leeks (white part only)

1 cup oil

1 tablespoon margarine

Salt, pepper, oregano

Wineglass 1 lemon


Execution:


Peel and wash the octopus (or cuttlefish). Boil until tender and keep the juice. Cut into medium-sized pieces and put into the pan with the potatoes cut slices or wedges. Mix all the remaining ingredients and mix well. The spread evenly in the pan and add broth until you cover all materials. Bake in a moderate oven until the food to stay with the oil.
