S/C Chicken roulade with mixed veg
Half fill s/c with hot water and turn on high
Flatten out chicken breast between cling wrap ,spread with cream cheese add a slice of ham and sliced spring onions , sprinkle with pepper and garlick salt , spray cling wrap with oil ,roll in cling wrap and tie the ends , put chicken and veg in slow cooker for an hour and check if both are cooked ,then unwrap and pan fry the roulade until browned, just make sure your cling wrap is microve safe so it can handle higher temperatures
