Healthy sesame and nut bars ( pasteli)

200g. sesame
50g. peanuts
50g of pistachios
50g. raw almonds
300 gr. honey
1/4 tsp salt

Execution
Cover the inside of a pan with grease-proof paper. In a small saucepan, heat the honey until it becomes liquid. In a separate large pan mix the peanuts, almonds and sesame seeds and bake for 3-4 minutes. Pour the warm honey mixture over the nuts, add salt and stir. Cook the mixture over medium heat, without stirring, until the honey to get a golden brown color and completely absorbed, about 10 minutes. Pour the mixture into the pan and smooth the surface Fay's Greek Vegetarian  mushroom and rice stuffed veggies
 a spoon or spatula. Allow the pan to room temperature to cool the mixture. After it has cooled down but still warm, cut them into bars.
If you'd like to eat sesame bars another time, place the bars in a
airtight container, making sure to put between each layer one grease-proof paper to prevent sticking
the bars between them.
